A mother & son built this from scratch
Shannon and Dustin started Simply Syrups because the syrup market was full of artificial ingredients and boring flavors. They wanted something better — for their own cups, and for yours.
Every batch is hand-cooked, pH-tested, and bottled with care in Dayton, Ohio. No shortcuts. No artificial flavors. Just real ingredients, real flavor, and a real family behind every bottle.

Uses: Pistachio Fig
Pistachio Fig Latte
The drink that makes people ask what’s in it. Roasted pistachio and honeyed fig in a steamed oat milk latte — it’s sophisticated without trying too hard.
You’ll need
2 tbsp Pistachio Fig syrup
2 shots espresso
6 oz steamed oat milk
Crushed pistachios to garnish
How to make it
Pull two shots of espresso directly over the Pistachio Fig syrup in your mug.
Steam your oat milk until velvety, with a fine microfoam.
Pour steamed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.
Spoon foam on top and finish with a pinch of crushed pistachios.

Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew
The drink that made us famous at the farmers market. Deep cold brew, butterscotch caramel, and a whisper of flaky sea salt on top.
You’ll need
2 tbsp Sea Salt Caramel syrup
8 oz cold brew coffee
2 oz heavy cream or oat milk
Ice
Pinch of flaky sea salt
How to make it
Fill a glass with ice and add the Sea Salt Caramel syrup to the bottom.
Pour cold brew over the ice and give it a quick stir.
Top with your cream or oat milk — pour slowly for a layered look.
Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt right on top.

Toasted Coconut Iced Coffee
All the warmth of a tropical afternoon, in your morning cup. Coconut milk and cold brew were made for each other, and this syrup proves it.
You’ll need
2 tbsp Toasted Coconut syrup
8 oz cold brew coffee
4 oz coconut milk
Ice
Toasted coconut flakes to garnish
How to make it
Add Toasted Coconut syrup to the bottom of a tall glass.
Fill with ice and pour in cold brew coffee.
Top with coconut milk — no stirring needed for a beautiful layer effect.
Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and an extra drizzle of syrup.

Brown Sugar Oat Latte
Rich brown sugar and warm espresso with a dusting of cinnamon on top. Simple, cozy, and deeply satisfying.
You’ll need
2 tbsp Brown Sugar syrup
2 shots espresso
8 oz steamed oat milk
Ground cinnamon to garnish
How to make it
Add Brown Sugar syrup to your mug first.
Pull espresso directly over the syrup and stir to combine.
Steam oat milk until warm and creamy.
Pour over espresso and dust generously with ground cinnamon.

You’ll need
2 tbsp Vanilla Bean syrup
1 Earl Grey tea bag
4 oz hot water
8 oz steamed oat milk
How to make it
Steep Earl Grey in hot water for 4 minutes, then remove the bag.
Add Vanilla Bean syrup to a large mug and pour in the steeped tea.
Steam oat milk until warm and velvety.
Pour steamed milk over the tea, stir gently, and enjoy immediately.
